~Dallas~

We had such a GrEaT time in Dallas!!!!

Everything was smooth sailing except the drive through Oklahoma, which was incredibly BORING & the shopping (or lack of shopping) was a little trying with 3 kiddies!!!

Our 1st stop, the nasty dirty McDonald's that goes over the Highway!!!

This is ALL the highways in Dallas, they are actually very pretty, with green stucco & stars everywhere!!!

2nd stop was to the hotel, where we met Chad, Alicia, Lilly, Marlan, Ashley, Gabbie & Gus!!

After we all got rested & restored, we headed to the Galleria Mall!!

We had a FUN night!!! We really really wanted to go ice-skating but by the time we finally made our way to the rink, they were set to close within 30 minutes. So Daddy had to promise the girls he would take them as soon as we got home & had time (no such thing as of yet)!!!

Day 2

We went shopping (again NO fun with kids), Hope accidentally broke something in Crate & Barrel (nothing big, just a $3.00 ornament) EMBARRASSING, went to Ikea (the kids LOVE playing in the play place), had lunch & then started to head for Palestine, TX to ride The Polar Express (the reason for the trip)!!!

Notice the tree's in the background!!! It still looks & feels like FALL there. The weather was absolutely perfect!!
