Why is this taking FOREVER!!!!

I am now on week 4 of my weight loss/ 10K Training and things are still not going so hot. It could be because I stop by the bakery on my way home from the gym (gotta have bread, right??) or maybe because a friend of mine is ordering cupcakes quite frequently=) (& you know someone has to be the taste tester)!!!
I have up-ed my cardio & cut out the weights for now. I stay on the treadmill for an hour & I have been breaking up my walking/ jogging & I have increased my incline. So my work-out/ training is going fine, I am just NOT losing any weight. I know that I have probably being gaining a little bit of muscle but good grief, surely not that much. My legs are pretty muscular and I'm afraid I'm going to end up looking like the Williams sisters, LOL!!!

I am going to try weight watchers, AGAIN!!! I am really going to try & stick with it this time. I have SOOOOOO many recipes that look very yummy, I should have NO problem!!!!
I have also started a weight loss journal with my current weight, goal weight, my work-outs and how many calories I've burned and of course my points. I just started this Monday & I am already 12 pts into my flex pts, oops.
Well enough rambling, I'm off to the grocery store with my handy, dandy, point counting chart, slider thingy!!!!
